Trouble Applying as a Provider?
The application works for most people. However, occasionally our potential providers run into difficulties completing the application.
Here are some quick ways to trouble shoot if you are having problems applying as a counselor or coach:
- Make sure you have updated to the latest Operating System.
- We recommend you use Chrome. To download Chrome go here.
- Make sure you are using the most up-to date internet browser.
- Try on desktop/laptop instead of mobile, or vice versa. One variable you can try, is simply trying on a different device.
